Christopher A. Brooks served the City of Birmingham Fire & Rescue Service for twenty seven (27) years before retiring. During his tenure with City of Birmingham Fire and rescue he has served in every leadership/officer position within the Fire Department. He has a degree in Finance and numerous certifications ranging from Hazmat Technician to NIMS. Christopher has served as the City’s Fire Marshall and retired as The Assistant Fire Chief. He has overseen the City’s Fire Prevention Bureau for 13 years. This included the Inspections and Investigations Bureaus.
